While in the aura, each non-hostile creature in the aura (including you) deals an extra 1d4 radiant damage when it hits with a weapon attack.

Crusader's Mantle 5.5e 2024 vs. 5e 2014 edition differences

The aura now also boosts Unarmed Strikes, not just weapon attacks. In play, you and your allies benefit instead of “non-hostile creatures,” so the recipients are phrased a bit more cleanly but the real table change is the added Unarmed Strike damage.
