2024 Rules

Until the spell ends, your attacks with weapons deal an extra 1d4 Radiant damage on a hit.

Your prayer empowers you with divine radiance. Until the spell ends, your weapon attacks deal an extra 1d4 radiant damage on a hit.

Divine Favor no longer requires Concentration in 2024. It still lasts 1 minute and still adds 1d4 radiant damage to weapon hits.

Divine Favor is one of the rarest level 1 spells in the game. Choosing it will set you apart from all other casters.

Searing Smite 1st-level evocation

A paladin bonus-action self-buff that makes your next weapon hit deal extra elemental damage for up to a minute, matching the same attack-augmenting play pattern.
Shining Smite 2nd-level transmutation

This paladin spell also adds radiant damage to your weapon strikes for a limited time, making it mechanically and thematically very close.
