Creatures healed by this spell are also cured of all diseases and any effect making them blinded or deafened. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.

Mass Heal 5.5e 2024 vs. 5e 2014 edition differences

Mass Heal no longer cures diseases, and it now also removes the Poisoned condition from creatures it heals. The old immunity clause against undead and constructs is gone, so the spell now can affect them if something else lets healing apply.
