Your spell bolsters your allies with toughness and resolve. Choose up to three creatures within range. Each target's hit point maximum and current hit points increase by 5 for the duration.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, a target's hit points increase by an additional 5 for each slot level above 2nd.

Aid 5.5e 2024 vs. 5e 2014 edition differences

The 2024 version now also includes druids. Its upcasting also changed: instead of giving each target an extra 5 HP per slot level above 2nd on top of the base effect, it now says each target’s HP increase scales by 5 for each slot level above 2nd.
