Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The healing increases by 1d8 for each spell slot level above 5.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the healing increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 5th.

Mass Cure Wounds 5.5e 2024 vs. 5e 2014 edition differences

It now heals 5d8 instead of 3d8. You must pick a point you can see, and the spell no longer says it has no effect on undead or constructs, so it can now heal them.
