Cantrip Upgrade. The damage increases by 1d8 when you reach levels 5 (2d8), 11 (3d8), and 17 (4d8).

The 2024 version now only ignores Half Cover and Three-Quarters Cover on the save, instead of saying the target gets no benefit from cover generally. That makes the cover interaction narrower.
