Revivify 5.5e 2024 vs. 5e 2014 edition differences
The 2024 version adds druids and rangers as classes, and clarifies "revives" instead of "returns to life," but mechanically, both versions revive a creature that died within the last minute with 1 hit point, cannot revive those who died of old age, and do not restore missing body parts. No significant mechanical differences.
