You create illusory obstacles such as rocks or spikes in an attempt to confuse up to three creatures you can see within range, affecting their ability to move. Each target makes an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, a target's Speed is halved, and it can't take the Dash action. A hampered target repeats the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the spell on itself on a success.
