Destructive energy ripples outward from you in a 30-foot Emanation. Each creature you choose in the Emanation makes a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 5d6 Thunder damage and 5d6 Radiant or Necrotic damage (your choice) and has the Prone condition. On a successful save, a target takes half as much damage only.

You strike the ground, creating a burst of divine energy that ripples outward from you. Each creature you choose within 30 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 5d6 thunder damage, as well as 5d6 radiant or necrotic damage (your choice), and be knocked prone. A creature that succeeds on its saving throw takes half as much damage and isn’t knocked prone.
Destructive Wave 5.5e 2024 vs. 5e 2014 edition differences
The 2024 version specifies an "Emanation" with a 30-foot radius, while the 2014 version states a 30-foot radius centered on self. The 2024 version explicitly states creatures "in the Emanation" make the save, and the damage is split into Thunder and Radiant/Necrotic, with the prone condition applied on a failed save.
