2024 Rules

You touch a creature and end one condition on it: Blinded, Deafened, Paralyzed, or Poisoned.

You touch a creature and can end either one disease or one condition afflicting it. The condition can be blinded, deafened, paralyzed, or poisoned.

The 2024 version no longer removes a disease. It only ends one condition: Blinded, Deafened, Paralyzed, or Poisoned.

Lesser Restoration is one of the most popular level 2 spells in the game. Choosing it adds a D&D staple to your spellbook.

Protection from Poison 2nd-level abjuration

It’s the same level, uses touch, and focuses on dealing with poison-related afflictions for the same set of divine-leaning classes.
