Cure Wounds 5.5e 2024 vs. 5e 2014 edition differences

The 2014 version heals 1d8 + spellcasting modifier, with each level above 1st adding 1d8. The 2024 version heals 2d8 + spellcasting modifier, with each level above 1st adding 2d8. The spell's school changed from evocation to abjuration.
